Overview

MyLandingHub ("MLH", "we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered quiz landing pages and lead capture tools for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and store it, the third-party services we rely on, and your choices and rights.

Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, display name, authentication credentials, workspace membership, and session data managed through Supabase Auth.
  • Landing page and quiz data: business names, descriptions, offerings, branding, hosted URLs, landing page content you create, and quiz responses submitted by your visitors (including answers, recommended offerings, and related lead metadata).
  • Lead and visitor data: names, email addresses, quiz answers, and other information visitors submit through your published landing pages or quizzes.
  • Billing information: subscription status, plan tier, and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment card numbers and related payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Email and communications data: email addresses and message metadata needed to send transactional emails (such as account confirmations, workspace invites, lead notifications, and billing receipts) through Resend.
  • Usage and analytics data: page views, conversion events, device and browser information, referrer URLs, and aggregated product usage metrics.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the MyLandingHub service
  • Generate, host, and publish your landing pages and quizzes
  • Capture, store, and deliver leads to your workspace
  • Process subscriptions and manage billing through Stripe
  • Send transactional emails through Resend
  • Improve reliability, security, and product performance
  • Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate MyLandingHub. These services may process personal data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and, where applicable, data processing agreements:

  • Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage
  • Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing
  • Resend: transactional and notification email delivery
  • Vercel: application hosting and edge delivery

We may also use additional infrastructure or AI providers (such as Anthropic for landing page generation) that process data necessary to deliver specific product features.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain authentication sessions, remember product preferences, and keep the service secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using core features.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you
  • Correct or update your account and workspace information
  • Export your workspace data from Settings
  • Delete your account, which removes your workspace and associated data
  • Request deletion or a copy of data we hold about you
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law provides that right

Data retention

We retain account and landing data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete associated workspace data subject to reasonable backup retention periods. Lead and quiz response data is retained until you delete the related landing or your account, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures such as encrypted connections, access controls, row-level security, and rate limiting to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

MyLandingHub is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@mylandinghub.comand we will take steps to delete that information in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable law.

International users

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, you may have additional rights under applicable regulations (such as GDPR), including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
