Overview
MyLandingHub ("MLH", "we", "us") provides AI-powered quiz landing pages and lead capture for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and store it, the third parties we rely on, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, authentication credentials, and session data managed through Supabase Auth.
- Workspace and business data: business name, descriptions, offerings, branding, hosted URLs, team membership, billing plan, and landing page content you create.
- Lead data: names, emails, quiz answers, recommended offerings, and enrichment metadata submitted by your landing page visitors.
- Usage and analytics: page views, conversion events, device and browser information, referrer URLs, and aggregated product analytics.
- Payment information: billing status and Stripe customer identifiers. Full payment card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
How we use data
We use your data to provide the service, generate and host landing pages, capture and deliver leads, process subscriptions, send transactional notifications, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Where data is stored
Application data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. Email delivery is handled by Resend. AI generation requests are sent to Anthropic. Payments are processed by Stripe. Hosting is provided by Vercel.
Third-party services
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
- Anthropic — AI landing page generation
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
- Resend — transactional and notification email
- Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery
Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and, where applicable, data processing agreements.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication sessions and product preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
Your rights
You may:
- Access and export your workspace data from Settings
- Update account and business information at any time
- Delete your account, which removes your workspace and associated data
- Request a copy of data we hold about you
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law provides that right

GDPR (EEA and UK users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful bases for processing include contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and consent where required. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Data retention
We retain account and landing data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete associated workspace data subject to backup retention periods. Lead data is retained until you delete the related landing or your account.
Security
We use row-level security, encrypted connections, access controls, rate limiting, and audit logging to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children
MyLandingHub is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
